BHA Strategic Plan

The BHA is pleased to share our Strategic Plan, completed in 2015: Investing in People and Place. 

The plan is the result of a yearlong conversation involving the BHA Board of Commissioners, staff, and residents.  It reflects our ongoing partnerships with Town government, the Brookline public schools, and Brookline’s many non-profit service organizations. The plan discusses our strategic assets and challenges and identifies our primary initiatives for the coming years.  The plan is guided by our newly adopted mission statement:
